Tidal's Story
Tidal Gymnastics was born out of a shared passion for the sport and a desire to create a supportive environment where kids can thrive. Emma and Lexie, our founders, came together at the perfect time to turn their vision into a reality. With years of experience in coaching and competing, they knew gymnastics was more than just a sport; it was a way to build confidence, strength, and lifelong friendships. And so, Tidal was created to share that love with the community, providing a safe and fun environment for kids to grow and develop their skills!
Coaching Philosophy
At Tidal, our coaching philosophy is rooted in inspiring confidence from within. We believe that gymnastics is more than just a sport - it's a powerful tool for teaching hard work, determination, and resilience. We know that progress isn't always linear, and sometimes it takes countless attempts to master a skill. But we also know that every try, whether it's the first or the thousandth, is an opportunity for growth and learning.
